Roger Estrada is a Director of Institutional Investment Solutions within the Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice at Truist Bank.

As a Director of Institutional Investment Solutions, Roger provides not-for-profit organizations in-depth consulting regarding their investment and administrative needs. Roger leads the initial engagement and works with the team to develop tailored solutions designed to support not-for-profits meet their fiduciary duty as well as preserve and grow their assets. Roger also advises on the development and implementation of investment strategies to help clients meet their short and long term goals. He follows a disciplined process of assessing an organization’s financial situation, determining risk tolerance, forming, and executing an appropriate investment strategy, and regular portfolio rebalancing and reporting in order to obtain measurable results. Roger and his team’s work focuses on discretionary and non-discretionary investment mandates for non-profit organizations. He serves as a regional leader in developing and maintaining a strong business presence across the state of Florida.

Roger has 24 years of financial services experience that includes advising and managing assets for ultra-high net worth families, foundations, and endowments. Before joining Truist in 2020, Roger served as the South East Regional Foundation and Endowment Director at TIAA from 2013 to 2020. His responsibilities included institutional business development, investment policy development, asset allocation and risk analysis, spending policy and governance consulting, and NACUBO based peer group reports. He also advised boards on how to improve their investment and fiduciary processes.

Roger has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and has completed executive education coursework from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also maintains a designation as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary from Fi360.
