Veros

At age 2, Veros was diagnosed with cancer and has already endured one year of chemotherapy treatments. She has 7 rounds of chemotherapy still to go. Every 3 weeks for 5 days straight she does chemo for 3 1/2 hours (she takes her iPad with her).

The family has no insurance and they struggle to pay her medical bills and weekly prescriptions. With only one car in the family and her dad needing to work six days a week, it is very difficult for them to get to the hospital, and another expense they face. But, this family is filled with love and will never give up hope.

Veros has two younger brothers she adores and such a happy outlook on life. She is rarely seen without a smile on her cute little face.
